DELIVERY
Please allow 2-5 business days for in-stock orders to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you order something on pre-order we will email you as soon as we have an exact date for shipping as well as when your package is processed
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Please note we are not reliable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees

We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If the wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, tracking will be provided always.
